Meets Thursdays at 6 PM

Instructor Taya Gunsul of Live Limber integrates Massage, Yoga and Personal Training to alleviate chronic pain and promote healthy aging. Her nursing background allows her to identify the root cause of muscular imbalances and to develop a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to each client. She specializes in educating clients on awareness and self-care techniques so they can take an active role in retraining their bodies to be strong, free of tension and balanced.
