Worship at Creator Lutheran

Sunday Morning Worship at Creator

9:00 a.m. Worship

Weekly worship is central to the life of the Creator Community. We gather each Sunday morning at 8:50 a.m. to sing praise before we begin 9:00 a.m. worship. Communion is shared each week. All people are welcome to take communion.

Creator uses a liturgical form of worship which includes confession, praise, readings, Gospel, a sermon, prayer, offering, communion and benediction. While the form of the worship is similar, week-to-week, the music varies greatly each week.

During the seasons of Advent and Lent a 7:00 p.m. Wednesday evening worship, gives the community an opportunity for a quiet and contempletive worship service about a half-hour in length.

Sunday worship includes education time for children ages 3 through 5th grade. These children participate in the first part of the service, leave during sermon time for Sunday School and return during the offering so they may participate with their families in Communion.

Worship is followed by coffee and fellowship.  All are encouraged to stay to visit and get acquainted.

Adult forum follows the fellowship time.  Form and focus of this time varies.  Check the Education tab to learn about the current topic of study and discussion.

Stir up your power, and come! The psalmist’s plea in Psalm 80:2 has become familiar to us in the Advent prayers. Isaiah wants God to rip the heavens open. Both cry out for an apparently distant,...
